TERMS OFSERVICE

habiBID.lol (“the Service”) is operated by Walid Benstaali, Lyon, France (“we”, “us”). It is an entertainment and advertising placement product: a public leaderboard where the order of entries is determined by how much money each entry has paid.

A listing is an advertising slot. You are buying placement and a link on a web page. No physical or digital goods are delivered, no service is performed on your behalf, and no professional advice of any kind is provided.

The Service is intended for users aged 18 or over. You must have the right to advertise the website or account you submit.

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the merchant of record for every transaction. Their terms and refund handling apply to the payment itself; we never receive or store your card details.

All amounts are in whole US dollars. Applicable taxes are handled by the merchant of record and may be added at checkout.

All sales are final, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise. Because placement is delivered immediately and in full on payment, you expressly request immediate performance and, where applicable, acknowledge the loss of any statutory withdrawal right once the listing is live.

If a payment is refunded, reversed, or charged back for any reason, the corresponding amount is removed from the listing’s score and its rank is recalculated. We may also suspend or remove a listing associated with reversed payments.

Rank is determined solely by valid, settled payments, as described in the published rules. There is no editorial input, no algorithmic weighting and no manual boosting.

We make no guarantee of traffic, impressions, clicks, conversions, revenue, uptime, or of how long the Service will continue to exist. Rank is a position on our page, not a promise of results.

Opening a checkout reserves nothing. Ranks are assigned only when a payment settles, and a competing payment that settles first takes the position.

We may correct scores or ranks affected by technical errors, duplicate charges, or fraud.

You are responsible for what you submit — the name, the link, and everything it points at. Listings must not involve:

• ▸Illegal content or activity of any kind
• ▸NSFW or sexually explicit material
• ▸Malware, phishing, or deceptive redirects
• ▸Impersonation of a person, brand, or organisation you do not represent
• ▸Scams, fraudulent offers, and financial schemes
• ▸Chat or invite links and link shorteners (see the published rules)

We may hide, remove, or refuse any listing that violates these rules, at our sole discretion and without refund. We may also remove a listing if required to do so by a payment provider, a hosting provider, or a competent authority.

habiBID.lol is a parody and tribute project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to outbid.lol, the city or government of Dubai, the United Arab Emirates, any listed company, or anyone with actual oil money.

All trademarks and product names belong to their respective owners and appear here for identification only. Listings are advertisements paid for by third parties and are not endorsements by us.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, nor for lost profits, lost business, or lost data.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the total amount you paid to the Service in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, or the rights of consumers under mandatory local law.

We may update these terms as the Service changes. The current version always lives at this URL, with its date at the top. Material changes will be flagged on the site. Continuing to use the Service, or making a new payment, after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Changes are not retroactive: payments already made are governed by the version in force when they were made.

These terms are governed by the laws of France, and the competent courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory protections available to consumers in their country of residence.
